Costco is a chain of huge warehouse stores that offers bulk pricing to the public. In addition to bulk goods, Costco offers an increasing number services for its customers. Some Costco stores sell gas, have a bakery, and even do photo processing. One of the more common warehouse features is the Costco Food Court. On a recent trip, I looked around for nutrition information, but nothing was available. I finally found stuff on the internet and decided I needed to put this somewhere to find it easier next time I look. Here are the calories:
| item | cal. | fat (g) | chol. (mg) | Sodium (mg) | fib. (g) |
| Costco Chicken Caesar Salad | 670 | 40 | 135 | 2680 | 7 |
| Costco Chicken Bake Sandwich | 770 | 25 | 115 | 2310 | 2 |
| Costco California Churro with Cinnamon and Sugar | 410 | 18 | 0 | 610 | 3 |
| Costco Hebrew National Hot Dog (includes bun, ketchup, mustard, onion, relish & kraut) | 550 | 34 | 70 | 1630 | 3 |

I also found the same information for the Chicken Caesar Salad.

Previously I posted an article about adding a second line to our home for a fax machine. I decided I would buy a Linksys PAP2T-NA two line VOIP adapter. This box connects to your internet router in your home and then has two ports for connecting your normal telephone. The adapter costs about $50 and to get a dedicated phone line from Teliax costs $5/month. You then pay $.02 a minute for your calls. Teliax has a pay per use setup so you just pay the $5/month and small amount for each time you want to use the telephone. For me, a couple times a week to fax. I assume I will be paying less than $6/month to add a second line to my home for a fax machine.

Linksys PAP2T-NA
The setup is quite simple. When you get the Linksys adapter, setup Teliax account and do the following list to accomplish the task in less than 5 minutes. I will provide examples for each step.
First, you’ll need to connect to the Linksys adapter.
• Connect the adapter to power and your network.
• Plug in a phone to the adapter
• Pick up the phone and dial ‘*’ (star) four times.
• You’ll hear a menu. Press 110# to hear the IP address of the phone. (write this down)
• Once you have the IP address, enter it in your computer’s web browser. (ex. http://192.168.1.101 where the 192.168.1.100 is the number read back to you in the step above).
Once you’re connected, you can change all sorts of settings.
• Click on ‘Admin Login’ – there is no username or password by default.
• You’re looking for ‘Voice’ or ‘Line 1′ to configure.
Start entering information.
• User ID: This is your Device username, found on the Dashboard in the setup->device section. username is the second column.
• Password: The password associated with the Device, found on the Dashboard also in the setup->device section. Password is the third column
• Proxy: If you have a DID, set this to whichever Teliax proxy your DID is pointing to on the Dashboard. For outbound-only, you can use any of the Teliax proxies. A proxy example is den.teliax.net. You can see all of the options when you click on the dashboard menu option. If you have a number for inbound, the will be found in the setup->numbers section and the proxy you have selected there.
Click the Submit button. The device will restart, and should be connected to the Teliax network.
That simple!

I had tried the Wordpress for Blackberry in the past. I finally decided to give it another shot today. Although the application isn’t as nice and easy to use as the iPhone application, it is a lot better than it was. I think I will use this.
I attached a picture to test it out. Let’s see how this looks when I actually do the post.
